Ford Mobile Service
The Mobile Service vehicles are able to service and repair Ford vehicles at the owner's convenience, with a pre-arranged time slot and location to minimize downtime. Each vehicle is able to conduct up to five services per day, with the potential to undertake multiple services at any location, subject to health and safety risk assessments. Other work includes light maintenance and warranty repairs.

For residents of apartment complexes, permission would need to be granted in advance. Any restricted sites need to provide prior approval or gate passes, if applicable. Must have an adequate flat service area available to use that will accommodate both the Service van and the vehicle being serviced.
Not at this time. However, you are able to apply Ford Pass Reward Points for Mobile Service.

There is a dedicated Service Menu for Mobile Services. There is a multi-vehicle discount. If you are booking Service for multiple vehicles in one location, only one vehicle will be charged at Mobile rates and the additional vehicles are charged at the regular rate (Maximum 5 vehicles per Service visit). Please ask your Advisor or Mobile Concierge for details.
